Travel Information:
By Road
Birmingham is at the hub of the UK motorway network, enabling visitors to travel directly from the M6, M1, M40 and M42. The NEC has its own on-site car parks while the city-centre venues are served by a car park at The NIA and others in the immediate vicinity.
By Rail
The NEC and The NEC Arena are served by Birmingham International station, connected by a covered bridgelink. The NIA, The ICC and Symphony Hall are minutes from Birmingham New Street, the UK’s largest interchange station. London is only 90 minutes away and trains also run direct to many regional towns and cities.
By Air
More than 20 international airlines serve Birmingham International Airport, which is conveniently situated a few minutes from The NEC and The NEC Arena. Together they provide scheduled flights from 34 destinations in the UK, Europe and North America. The group’s venues are also easily accessible from London Heathrow, London Gatwick and other regional airports.

Q. Where can I register as a visitor?
Online by clicking the ‘Register Now’ button on the left hand side of the home page.
Q. When will I receive my name badge?
You will receive your name badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Event UK and plan your visit.
Q. What happens if I don’t receive my name badge before the show?
In the rare circumstance that you don’t receive your name badge and welcome pack from us, don’t worry! Simply print off your confirmation email and bring it with you to the show where we will simply print you another badge. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually search for your details to print another badge.
Q. What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn’t registered?
People who don’t register in advance and don’t have a ticket will be required to pay a £25 entrance fee. To invite a friend or colleague you can forward them the registration link. Or if you speak to our registration hotline they will give you a password, which, if you quote it at the registration desk, you will gain free entry!
Alternatively, bring an email, brochure or other piece of Event UK marketing material with you to the exhibition.
Q. How can I plan my visit at Event UK?
There are several ways you can plan your visit. When we send you your badge, we will also send you an event preview that will give you details of the new features at the show as well as an exhibitor list and floorplan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are. At the show, there will also be 'you are here boards' which you can use to locate the exhibitors of your choice.
Q. How can I book a stand at the show?
If you go to the exhibitor guide of the website you will be able to view information about why you should exhibit and the benefits to you. You can send an exhibitor enquiry to us or alternatively, contact one of the sales team.

Q. Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
Yes, there is a cloakroom available at a small charge. As you go into the hall, it is on your right hand side.

You can view the latest press releases within the Press Guide. You can either view these online or download and print them.
Q. How do I contact the Event UK team?
Go to the Contact Us section to view all the members of the Event UK team along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact them directly.
Q. Are children admitted to Event UK?
Event UK is a trade show and, therefore, it is not appropriate for anyone under the age of 16 to be admitted onto the exhibition floor.
