the forum   This year we are introducing The Forum @ Event UK which will bring buyers and suppliers together for prearranged face-to-face appointments within a private and exclusive meeting area. It also includes an exclusive evening networking event held at Ricoh Arena after the first day of the show.

You now have the opportunity to purchase a private and exclusive meeting area within The Forum allowing you to hold appointments with the 3,000 + visitors at the show in addition to buyers that we will pre-select. We will:

  • guarantee a minimum of 8-10 high quality meetings with 30-50 buyers that we will pre-select and host 
  • identify hosted buyers from our comprehensive marketing database, targetting only extremely high-level corporate and agency buyers with large annual and multiple events budgets 

The Forum will offer a number of benefits:

  • a cost-effective and efficient route to market for industry leading organisations
  • the need to send only one representative from your business with no other overheads as suppliers will also be hosted
  • it offers excellent networking opportunities away from the show floor 
  • buyers and suppliers will also be invited to a networking event on the Tuesday evening
  • exposure and additional branding of a full exhibitor profile
  • enables buyers to maximise their time at the show and ensure that they meet all of their objectives
